The pottery shells and other pieces of pottery we create are handmade out of a high-fired stoneware clay. The shells are food and oven safe so that wonderful seafoods can be baked and presented right "in the shell". They are also microwave and dishwasher safe.
The interesting detail work on both the top and bottom of each shell makes it a powerful art piece to be viewed and enjoyed from either side.
